NEW LEGENDA

Website Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective date 2026-09-27

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the English-language NEW LEGENDA website at newlegenda.art and its associated user accounts and online features (the “Platform”).

The English-language Platform is operated by SUNSARA GROUP (PTY) LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). You can contact us at sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com.

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use features that require one.

1. What the Platform provides

NEW LEGENDA is an online platform for beauty professionals. Its features may include championships, submissions of professional work, expert recommendations, judging, public galleries, audience voting and related information.

Specific activities are governed by their own published terms and rules. In particular, paying to enter a championship is governed by the Championship Participation Terms and Championship Rules. Applying to become a judge or paying a judge programme fee is governed by the Judge Programme Terms. If a specific term conflicts with these general Terms on the same subject, the specific term governs that activity.

Creating an account does not by itself confirm a paid championship entry, admission as a judge, or entitlement to an award.

2. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.

Different registration routes provide different features:

A participant account allows a user to access the participant features available for the relevant championship. A paid entry is confirmed only under the applicable Championship Participation Terms.

An invited expert account is available through a valid expert invitation code. Experts may voluntarily submit unpaid recommendations on selected works made available to them; recommendations are not guaranteed for every work or participant. An expert may activate a linked participant cabinet from the same account and may separately apply for the judge programme using a valid judge invitation code. Participant access does not remove expert access; each role’s features and conditions remain separate.

A judge candidate may apply through a valid judge invitation code. The application requires qualification review; the code and application alone do not guarantee approval or access to judging. Judge access opens only after approval and programme activation under the Judge Programme Terms. An active judge has a separate judge cabinet and cannot switch into participant or expert cabinets.

Invitation and discount codes may only be used for their stated purpose. You must not sell, alter, misuse or attempt to bypass a code or another account’s access controls.

We may require verification of information relevant to a feature or role. We may restrict access while we review suspected misuse, inaccurate information or a breach of the applicable terms. Where appropriate, we will inform the affected user of our decision and the available way to contact us.

3. User conduct

When using the Platform, you must not:

impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications, work or relationship with a submitted work;

submit material you do not have the rights or permissions to use;

interfere with judging, recommendations, voting or other users’ accounts;

create false accounts or use automated means to manipulate registrations or votes;

publish unlawful, abusive or misleading content;

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its data.

We may review submitted content and activity to operate the Platform, enforce its rules and investigate complaints. Moderation of a submission does not transfer responsibility for that submission to us.

4. Submitted works and recommendations

You retain the rights you hold in the material you submit. The permissions needed for us to receive, review, display or otherwise use submitted works are set out in the Submission and Content Licence Terms and, where applicable, the Championship Rules. Uploading material for private review does not automatically mean that it may be used in advertising.

Invited experts may submit professional recommendations only for works made available to them. Recommendations are reviewed before publication. The author of a published recommendation is visible to Platform administrators but is not identified to the participant or judge in the work’s recommendation panel.

Expert recommendations are separate from judges’ scores. They do not themselves award points or determine championship results.

5. Judging and audience voting

A judge candidate may access judging functions only after meeting the conditions stated in the Judge Programme Terms and being activated on the Platform. Professional scores and championship results are governed by the Championship Rules.

Visitors may view the public voting gallery without an account. A person who wishes to vote must complete the email confirmation process. The voting limits, treatment of invalid votes and publication of audience results are described in the Audience Voting Rules. Audience votes are recorded separately from judges’ professional scores.

6. Platform content and intellectual property

The NEW LEGENDA name, Platform design, software and content created by us or licensed to us remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms give you permission to use the Platform for its intended purposes; they do not transfer ownership of those rights.

You may share a link to a publicly available Platform page. You may not copy substantial parts of the Platform, its design or its content for a competing service without permission.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt Platform features. We will take reasonable steps to preserve paid users’ access to the services they purchased, subject to the applicable specific terms.

We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date will be displayed on this page. A change to these general Terms does not by itself change the price or conditions of a paid entry already purchased.

8. Personal information

We process personal information as described in the Privacy Notice. Where a particular use of a photograph, work or other personal information requires a separate permission, we will request it at the relevant step.

9. Contact and complaints

For questions about an account, a submitted work or these Terms, contact sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com. Include the email associated with your account and enough detail to identify the issue. Do not send passwords or payment card details by email.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
