Delete your account
Request deletion of your NEW LEGENDA account and associated personal data by email. You do not need to sign in or have the app installed.
These instructions cover the international NEW LEGENDA services operated by SUNSARA GROUP (PTY) LTD. Changing the interface language does not change the organisation responsible for your account.
How to request deletion
- Send your request from the email address linked to your account to sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com.
- Use this subject: NEW LEGENDA — Account deletion request
- State that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Include the email address linked to the account and your username, if known. If you cannot access that email address, explain this in your request so we can arrange appropriate verification.
Do not send your password, full card number, card security code or unrelated sensitive information.
Request account deletionThis button opens your email app with a draft request. Send the email to submit it. If no email app opens, copy the address and subject above into your preferred email service.
What happens after your request
We may ask for proportionate verification that you own the account before processing the request, to protect your information from unauthorised deletion.
Once ownership is verified, we process the closure of your account and deletion of associated personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law. Information that is no longer needed and has no lawful retention ground is deleted or irreversibly de-identified.
Limited information may be kept only where required by law or on another lawful ground described in the Privacy Notice, including payment and accounting obligations, handling closure, disputes, claims or security investigations. Restricted backup copies follow the applicable deletion cycle and must not be reused for unrelated purposes.
We will explain any applicable limitation and respond within the period required by law. See sections 10 and 13 of the Privacy Notice for retention and request details.
