International Cookie Notice
Version 1.0 · Effective date 2026-09-27
1. About this Notice
This Cookie Notice explains how SUNSARA GROUP (PTY) LTD uses cookies and similar technologies on https://newlegenda.art and the international NEW LEGENDA services. The company is registered in South Africa under number 2026/579917/07 and has its registered address at 89 George Street, Suite 2168, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7140, South Africa.
For questions about cookies or personal information, contact sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com. Read this Notice together with our Privacy Notice.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, SDKs and identifiers used to remember a device or recognise a browser. In this Notice, “cookies” refers to cookies and similar technologies unless stated otherwise.
Some cookies are set by NEW LEGENDA (“first-party cookies”). Others may be set by service providers whose features are used on the site (“third-party cookies”).
3. Categories and purposes
We use the following categories only where the relevant technology is present on the service:
| Category | Purpose | Choice |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Operate the site and requested features, maintain secure sessions, remember essential security or consent choices, and support a checkout or account session. | These technologies are used when needed to provide the service or feature requested. They cannot be switched off in Cookie Settings. Where applicable law requires consent for a particular technology, we will obtain it before setting it. |
| Preferences | Remember choices such as language or display settings. | Optional; can be accepted or rejected in Cookie Settings. |
| Analytics | Understand service usage and performance so we can improve the platform. | Optional; used only after consent where required. |
| Advertising and social media | Measure or personalise promotional content, or enable embedded social features. | Optional; used only after consent where required. Third-party services may receive information as described in their own notices. |
The precise cookie or storage identifiers, provider, purpose, and retention period depend on the technologies currently deployed. Before optional technologies are enabled, the Cookie Settings panel must show the current provider and identifier list, purposes, and durations based on the live site configuration. We do not treat this category summary as a substitute for that list.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept all optional categories, reject all optional categories, or open Cookie Settings and choose categories individually. Optional categories are off by default until you make a choice where consent is required. Continuing to browse, closing the banner or accepting the Privacy Notice does not by itself count as consent to optional cookies.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by opening Cookie Settings from the website footer. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier processing unlawful, but it stops future use of the relevant optional technologies, subject to the time needed for the change to take effect.
You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, security features or other requested functions from working properly. Browser controls may not remove information held in all similar technologies.
5. Third-party services
Some site features, such as payment, embedded media, analytics or social sharing, may involve third-party providers. If a provider sets or reads optional cookies, those technologies are controlled through the relevant Cookie Settings category where technically possible and legally required. The provider may process information under its own privacy notice and terms.
The live Cookie Settings panel must identify each third-party provider actually active on the site and link to its privacy information. A provider is not used merely because it is named as an example in a policy or technical plan.
6. Personal information and international transfers
Cookies and similar technologies may collect online identifiers, device or browser information, and information about how the service is used. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
Where a third-party provider processes information in another country, the relevant safeguards and transfer information are described in the Privacy Notice or the information presented for that service.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this Notice when the technologies or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will appear on this page. If a change requires renewed consent, we will request it through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings.
