International Payment and Refund Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective date 2026-09-27
1. Scope and seller
This Policy applies to payments for international NEW LEGENDA services when the checkout identifies SUNSARA GROUP (PTY) LTD, registration number 2026/579917/07, as the seller. The seller’s registered address is 89 George Street, Suite 2168, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7140, South Africa. Contact: sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com.
The seller and currency shown in the checkout apply to that order. A payment provider processes the payment on the seller’s behalf; it is not the seller. Orders placed with another seller, including orders in the Russian segment, are subject to that seller’s own payment and refund terms.
2. Prices, currency and charges
International Championship prices are set and displayed in US dollars (USD). Before payment, the checkout displays the service, quantity, USD price, any valid discount, taxes or other charges, and the total payable. If the payment is processed in another currency, the checkout must show that currency and the amount before the participant confirms the order. The amount charged by the seller is the amount confirmed at checkout, subject to any separate foreign transaction fee or currency conversion applied by the payment provider, the participant’s bank or card issuer and disclosed to the participant. The participant is responsible for checking any exchange rate or foreign transaction fee imposed by their bank or card issuer.
A manager’s participant code and a judge candidate’s referral code provide the same USD 6 discount to one person on that person’s first paid Championship order only. The discount applies once to the order total, not per nomination, does not apply to later orders or stages, and cannot be combined with another discount or code. Only one code may be applied. A judge candidate’s referral link may apply the same first-order discount; if a different valid referral code is entered at checkout, the code determines the recorded referral source. Prices may change for future orders; changes do not alter an order already confirmed.
3. Payment processing and confirmation
Payments may be made using the methods shown in the checkout. A payment is treated as received only after the payment provider confirms it and the seller verifies the transaction. The seller sends an electronic order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.
A pending, declined, reversed, duplicated or unverified payment does not confirm an order. If an amount appears to have been debited but no confirmation is received, contact the seller with the order email, date, amount and payment reference. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords.
4. How to request a cancellation or refund
Send a request to sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com using the email address associated with the order. Include the order number, service or Championship, payment date, amount and currency, and the reason for the request. Do not include full payment-card details.
We will acknowledge the request and assess it under the applicable service terms, the published Championship Rules where relevant, the status of performance, and applicable consumer law. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the payment or assess the request. We will communicate the decision and, if a refund is due, the amount and payment method.
5. Participant cancellation and withdrawal
If a participant asks to cancel, any refund or other remedy depends on the service purchased, whether performance has started or been completed, the applicable event rules and timeline, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The specific Championship Participation Terms and Rules may state event-specific cancellation arrangements, but do not remove any mandatory statutory right.
Where a service has not been provided, or has been materially changed, delayed or cancelled by the seller, the participant may be entitled to a refund or another remedy under the applicable service terms and law. If the seller cancels a Championship and no acceptable replacement is agreed, the participant may request a refund for the service not provided.
Nothing in this Policy limits a participant’s non-waivable rights under applicable consumer-protection law. Any mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right, and any lawful exception to it, will be applied according to the law governing the specific order.
6. Refund method and timing
An approved refund will normally be sent to the original payment method. If that method cannot accept the refund, we will contact the participant to arrange a lawful alternative. The payment provider or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund after it has been initiated; the participant may contact their provider for its posting timeframe.
We will process refunds within the period required by applicable law or, where no mandatory period applies, within a reasonable period after approving the request. The confirmation will identify the refunded amount and the date the refund was initiated. Any exchange-rate difference or bank fee imposed by a third party is outside the seller’s control, subject to applicable law.
7. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If a participant believes they were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact the seller promptly at sunsarasuvorova@gmail.com with the order and payment references. We will check the payment records and refund any duplicate or incorrect amount confirmed to be due.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a payment appears incorrect, please contact the seller first where practical so we can investigate. This does not prevent the participant from contacting their bank, card issuer, payment provider or a competent authority, or from exercising any legal right. We may provide relevant order and transaction records to the payment provider to respond to a payment dispute, in accordance with applicable privacy law.
